Here at ClickMagick we do not use an AI “chatbot” for support.
We’ve spent a ton of time and energy on it, but tracking and attribution is extremely technical and so far we’ve been unable to train any AI well enough that it can be relied on to answer your questions accurately all the time.
This stuff is ridiculously important, and we’re unwilling to risk your getting bad info from an AI chatbot ...
So you’ll get help from a real tracking expert instead.
If Live Chat is unavailable, or you simply prefer to submit a ticket, just select Help Desk from the Help menu at the top of any page in ClickMagick, then click Create a New Ticket at the very top of the Help Desk.
When submitting your ticket, please confirm that your email is correct as you’ll receive our replies via email.
If you prefer, you can also simply send an email to help@clickmagick.com any time.
If you’re on the Starter plan, you can expect a reply within 8-10 hours.
On the Standard and Pro Plans our average response time is under two hours, and often much quicker.
