At what point will my account be at risk?

If you received an email or in-app alert directing you to this article, you must respond within 48 hours and let us know how you’re going to proceed.

If you’re going to create one or more additional accounts to spread your tracking across multiple accounts we’re happy to give you up to 30 days to do that, but we must hear back from you within 48 hours.

If we do not hear from you after 48 hours your account will be locked until you reply.
