If you know who you’re interested in, select Visitor Profile from your Projects’ Tools menu.

Then simply enter either the user’s email address or Visitor ID e.g. cmc123456789 to view the complete customer journey for that user, including all clicks and conversions, total orders and revenue, and more.

Aside from looking up a specific person, you can also click on any Visitor ID or IP address when viewing your click and conversion logs to view the complete customer journey for any individual visitor or customer.
