There are two different answers to this question depending upon what you’re actually trying to do.

If, on the other hand, you want to know what you should give to advertisers and other traffics sources so they can use your Smart Link, then you need to give them the actual URL for the Smart Link.

To do that, you can either choose the “Copy Smart Link” item from the Tools menu to the right of the link on the Links page, or you can edit the Smart Link and click the Copy to clipboard button to the right of the “Smart Link” shown at the top of the edit panel.
