To enter an offline sale or other conversion, select Offline Conversions from your Projects’ Tools menu.

Then simply enter either the user’s email address or Visitor ID e.g. cmc123456789, select the type of conversion, any sale amount, an optional “ref” value and timestamp, and then submit the form.

And that’s all there is to it!

The conversion will be processed exactly the same as if it had happened in your store or on your website.
