You can cancel your account any time with just a few clicks. Just go to your Billing Page in the Account menu , click the edit/pencil icon next to your subscription, then select “Cancel Account”.

Once cancelled, your account will expire at the end of your current subscription period. Please note that once this happens your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.


Account Pause

If you just need to take a break for awhile, pausing your account is another great option that may be presented to you based on your account status when you initiate the cancellation process.

Clicks won't be processed, but your settings and all of your data will be maintained exactly as they are. You won’t be charged while your account is paused, and you can come back and unpause or cancel your account at any time.

Please note …

1. Pausing is only available for active, current, monthly accounts.

2. If you’re still in your free trial you should simply cancel and signup again when you’re ready.

3. If your account is past due, you will need to make a payment to bring your billing up to date before pausing.

4. You may only pause your account once during any single billing cycle.
